After 20 to 30 minutes you will feel a weight on you're chest; you may even feel strange noises. You are now in sleep paralasis, if you open you're eyes you might begin to hillucinate(dream with you're eyes open) and will not be able to move you're body. You're body is now completely asleep. I’ve thought of this before, but now I think I really want it.

I want to learn lucid dreaming. I mean, I know it takes time and stuff, but it would be amazing. All the stories I hear, and the fact that my mind is so empty, it would be amazing to be able to control it. The nightmares could probably be more bearable as well. But I really don’t know while I haven’t done it.

Does anyone know anything about lucid dreaming? What should I start with?

My closest and most supportive person ever, at training camp I believe. <3

This is probably the most supportive and inspiring person to me I’ve ever met. We met  3 years ago, through fandom stuff, and were friends, but not as close. Then, in the last.. less than a year, actually, we’ve grown so close, being those little twin cousins that complete each other and were born out of one soul and separated. Nah, soul-mates don’t do it for us, we’re twin cousins. And she’s the most supportive person I’ve ever had.
People tell me that I don’t need to work out, and that I’m GOOD ENOUGH. That’s crap, okay. Lay off if you have no thoughts but to pity and try to stop me. She, on the other hand, tells me I am great looking and she somehow says it that I actually agree with her. Because I know I am not bad looking. And she UNDERSTANDS when I say that I could be better, and she actually encourages me to work out, not just for the body, but for the lifestyle. The greatest ever. <3

So, about 1-2 weeks ago I got my prom dress! It reminds me of the modern dance costumes or something, you know, salsa, tango, or something. Now I really need underwear and shoes for this one&#8230; It&#8217;s gonna be a pain. + I still have nothing figured out for the last bell ceremony.

I have huge plans for summer!

And I must be prepared for them, because I might die in the middle of them. The starting plan was 135 miles on a bike, in maximum of 3-4 days. But as me and my companion both have concluded, I am definitely not in shape to be able to do that. I must train and get my cardio better until I am ready to go that far. By her suggestion we settled onto firstly doing a 68 mile trip to another side of our country. But that still is a lot for me, and I do agree that my cardio is awful, so I must be ready. The trip will take place somewhere in July, so I have most of June to get into a stable work-out system. Which I wouldn’t call working out, because I basically will do different cardio stuff about 2-4 times a day. I do believe a morning run is included in that, a midday swim accross the river nearby and and a long evening walk. I hope I can keep it up, because last year was a bit of a disaster as to keeping up on REGULAR stuff.

Wish me luck. Oh, and also, keep your thumbs up for my entrance exam this Saturday and later my exams in the end of May/beginning of June. ^^
